Import a video

Every Voxdub project starts from a source. From the New project window, you have three options.

Import a video

From your computer, import an MP4, MOV or MKV file (up to 5 GB).

At creation time you can enable:

• Automatic subtitle detection: Voxdub automatically transcribes the video's dialogue to pre-fill the rythmo band.
• Translate into every language: kicks off an automatic translation of the script.

Open a .voxdub project

If you have already exported a .voxdub project file, import it to pick up your work exactly where you left off.

Import from YouTube

Paste a YouTube URL: Voxdub downloads the video and creates the project from it.

Replace a project's video

Once in the editor, you can replace the base video without losing your rythmo band, using the ⌥ + R shortcut or the matching button.
