Manage or cancel your subscription

You manage your subscription from the app, via the Stripe billing portal.

Open the billing portal

1. In the app, open your account settings, subscription section.
2. Open the billing portal.

From that portal (hosted by Stripe), you can:

• update your card;
• change plan (monthly ↔ yearly);
• cancel your subscription;
• view your invoices and receipts.

Cancel

Cancellation happens in the billing portal. After cancelling, your access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for; it isn't cut off immediately. The app shows the period end date and whether the subscription is set to stop.

To avoid being charged when the free trial ends, cancel before the 7 days are up.

Invoices

Your invoices are available in the Stripe billing portal. There is no separate invoice list inside the app.
